Heaven: The Best Is Yet to Come

What I'd like to talk to you about right now is not an easy concept. I'd like to talk to you about heaven, but about a part that most have not taken into consideration before. The Bible teaches that the heaven our deceased loved ones are in currently is a distinct concept from the new earth that will be established after the millennial reign. That ultimate destination is not yet ready or inhabited by believers. If, God willing, we never die, and live until God's return, we will not live in the heaven that our deceased loved ones are in: we will instead eventually be inhabitants of the new earth.
